Hi, I'm Brenda! I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher that has trained under multiple Reiki Masters as well as in several different modalities of Reiki including USUI Reiki, Lightarian Reiki, Kundalini Reiki and Animal Reiki. I am also a certified Kundalini Awakening Yoga Instructor certified Crystal & Chakra healer, Certified Sound Healer and a Mom to three amazing teenagers!

I found energy healing and Reiki nearly a decade ago when I was really struggling with stress, feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty enforcing boundaries in close relationships, making time for self care and overall just not feeling good!
I immediately fell in love with Reiki and how it made me feel. Reiki is now a daily part of my self care routine and has truly become a passion of mine as I have experienced the amazing benefits of Reiki first hand.

My goal is to help others learn about energy and energy healing (Reiki) and how it affects our body, mind and spirit. I am also passionate about teaching others the amazing benefits of receiving Reiki as well as helping others become attuned to Reiki energy so they can confidently channel Reiki for themselves and others.
